We are looking for an experienced EHS Engineer with solid exposure to MEP and Data Centre projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring EHS policies, ensuring statutory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining a secure working setting at the project site.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement EHS policies, procedures and safety standards at project sites.
Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations, client requirements and project safety standards.
Conduct Risk Assessments, JSA/JHA, HIRA and prepare method statements.
Monitor safety activities related to MEP installation, electrical works, HVAC, firefighting, plumbing and associated activities.
Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and toolbox talks.
Identify unsafe conditions and practices and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor work at height, electrical work,
lifting operations, hot work, confined space and work permits.
Investigate incidents, near misses and accidents and prepare reports.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure safety compliance.
Conduct safety induction and training for employees and subcontractors.
Maintain EHS documentation, inspection reports and compliance records.
Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of emergency response procedures.
Monitor housekeeping, fire safety and emergency preparedness at the project site.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in Data Centre / MEP / EPC / Industrial Projects is preferred.
Solid exposure to MEP construction and installation activities.
