Drive logistics planning, cost optimization, operational excellence, infrastructure projects, compliance, and performance improvement across the logistics network

Key Responsibilities
Planning Strategy: Plant, VPC and RSY capacity planning, network optimization, gap identification and mitigation
Cost Commercial: Logistics cost analysis, freight optimization, service contract investment review, business case evaluation
Performance Control: KPI, SLA, dispatch, turnaround time, dwell time, damage inventory monitoring
Insurance Risk: Transit insurance renewal, declarations, premium adjustments, claims management and claim reduction
Process Projects: Process compliance, SAP/ERP controls and logistics infrastructure, system and improvement projects
Management Governance: Monthly KPI reporting, Business Plan, management reviews, coordination with Plant, Sales, Finance logistics partners
