Key Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job portals, and other platforms.
Generate and manage relevant candidate profiles.
Communicate with candidates and conduct regular follow-ups.
Assist with candidate screening and interview coordination.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Meet assigned sourcing and conversion targets.
Support the HR team in recruitment-related activities.
