Role & responsibilities
Provide end-to-end functional production support for SAP OTC processes.
Manage incidents and perform ticket triage.
Troubleshoot complex functional issues.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely incident resolution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support seamless business operations across SAP S/4HANA OTC landscapes.
Solid knowledge of:
Sales Order Management
EDI Integrations
Pricing
Billing
Order Fulfillment
Drive proactive monitoring and problem management.
Support release readiness and production changes.
Identify automation and performance optimisation prospects.
Contribute to operational excellence and service reliability.
