Role & responsibilities
Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates based on drawings and project specifications.
Review tender documents including NIT, BOQ, specifications, drawings, eligibility criteria, and contractual conditions.
Prepare and manage technical & commercial bids, including rate analysis, pricing, and required tender documentation.
Analyze project costs, variations, deviations, and extra items and provide commercial support to the project team.
Coordinate with design, project, finance, and management teams to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions and maintain tender records.
