SAP ABAP Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP development. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in ABAP programming, SAP S/4HANA, enhancement frameworks, interfaces, forms, and performance optimization. The consultant will work closely with functional teams to design, develop, test, and support SAP business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP applications and custom developments.
Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
Develop and support objects using ABAP on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
Build and enhance CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and SAP Gateway applications.
Develop interfaces using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Proxy, and Web Services.
Implement enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, and Implicit Enhancements.




Develop SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms, and ALV Reports.
Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

Mandatory Skills
Robust experience in SAP ABAP development.
Expertise in RICEFW objects.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Experience in CDS Views, AMDP, OData, and SAP Fiori integration.
Robust knowledge of Enhancements, BAdIs, User Exits, and ALE/IDoc.
Experience in SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts, and ALV.
Knowledge of BAPI, RFC, Workflow, and Web Services.
Solid debugging and performance optimization skills.
