Job Description

We are looking for an experienced US IT Staffing Account Manager with robust experience in managing US IT staffing clients, client relationships, and recruitment delivery.

Candidates with prior Zensar client/account management experience will be highly preferred. Experience with Tech Mahindra, Coforge, or other reputed IT services clients will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain solid relationships with US IT staffing clients.
Handle client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely closures.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the recruitment/delivery team.
Understand client requirements, hiring priorities, and submission processes.
Coordinate with recruiters to ensure quality and timely candidate submissions.
Follow up on submissions, interviews, selections, offers, and closures.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts.
Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Negotiate rates, terms, and other commercial requirements.




Monitor account performance and recruitment metrics.
Resolve client concerns and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Support business development and identify recent opportunities within existing accounts.
Work closely with leadership to achieve revenue and business targets.

Required Skills
5–10 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Account Management.
Strong experience in US IT client management and staffing operations.
Zensar client/account management experience is highly preferred.
Candidates with Tech Mahindra or Coforge client experience will also be preferred.
Strong understanding of the US IT staffing lifecycle.
Excellent client communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Experience managing multiple client requirements and recruitment teams.
Strong business development and account-growth skills.
Ability to work in US shifts / night shifts.
