Starnox Pharma is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products and develop robust qualified relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Promote and generate awareness of Starnox Pharma products among doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
Regularly visit doctors and healthcare professionals to explain product features, perks, and appropriate product information.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and distributors.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
Collect market feedback and provide relevant information to the sales manager.
Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and pharmacies to ensure product availability.
Maintain daily call reports, visit reports, and sales records.
Participate in medical camps, promotional activities, conferences, and product awareness programs.
Follow all company policies and applicable pharmaceutical industry guidelines.Role & responsibilities
