Handle B2C enquiries for international air tickets through calls, emails, and online channels.
Prepare competitive airfares and itineraries based on customer requirements.
Make reservations, issue, reissue, and cancel international air tickets using GDS/airline portals.
Advise customers on fare rules, baggage, visa/transit requirements, cancellation and amendment policies.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams for ticketing and post-sales support.
Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely collection of payments.
Handle customer queries and provide prompt support before and after ticket issuance

Preferred candidate profile
34 years of experience in international air ticketing, preferably in a travel company.
Positive knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo.
Solid knowledge of international fare rules and ticketing procedures.
Valuable communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
Sales-oriented with the ability to convert B2C enquiries into bookings.
Ability to work independently and meet sales/conversion targets.
