Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, code, test, and debug mainframe applications.
Analyze business and technical requirements with Project Managers and Business Analysts.
Develop and modify applications using:
COBOL
JCL
DB2
IMS optional
CICS – optional
Perform system and application analysis to identify issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve application problems.
Provide solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.
Develop and implement procedures for mainframe systems.
Maintain and support existing mainframe applications.
Maintain documentation of system modifications and developments.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements.
Analyze system performance and identify potential issues.
