The Regional Manager Academics & Support will oversee academic quality and operational support across pre-schools in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor academic curriculum and programmes across assigned centres.
Guide preschool staff on instructional and teaching best practices.
Ensure adherence to academic standards and processes.
Conduct regular centre visits and review classroom performance.
Analyse academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvements.
Recommend improvements in teaching and learning processes.
Coordinate training programmes for teachers and support staff.
Address academic and operational concerns raised by centres.
Collaborate with central teams to implement current academic initiatives.
Maintain strong communication with school/centre leaders.
Provide timely feedback and ensure consistent, high-quality preschool experiences across all assigned centres.
Handle and manage regional teams effectively.




Travel frequently across the region for centre visits and reviews.

Preferred candidate profile
A robust education skilled with experience managing multiple preschool/K5 centres, academic teams and regional academic operations, with the ability to drive curriculum implementation, teacher capability, classroom quality and consistent academic standards across centres
Strong background in Educational management with experience overseeing multiple centres or schools
Proficiency in implementing and monitoring academic programs
Strong analytical skills to review academic performance data, identify trends and drive improvement.
Experience in pre-school or K-5 academic coordination, training, or school administration is highly beneficial.
Proven experience in team handling and people management
Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
