Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities
Perform test automation utilizing testing tools such Selenium, APIs Testing Tools, Cucumber
Develop, execute and maintain automation test scripts according to the enterprise Automation Framework standard
Also ready to work on Manual test execution (if needed) by creating and maintaining test sets
Experience in CI/CD is required to create and execute Jobs in Gitlab
Provide technical assistance to other Automation Engineers regarding the enterprise Automation Framework
Determine automation feasibility for functional test sets/cases
Provide test automation status and execution results to Test Lead/Test manager and other project team members.
Work closely with QA team members, developers and other project team members in the process of automation (agile workplace).

Contributing Responsibilities
Experience in using Java and Automation Scripting with Web, API tools (Selenium,Appium, Cucumber)
Java, CI/CD, GitLab, Nexus experience is a must
JIRA-XRay is a mandatory skill
Excellent communications skills with robust analytical and problem solving skills required.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies





Thorough knowledge on all the key testing areas like functional testing, especially functional test automation and with explicit experience in implementing test automation scripts within a test automation framework.

Specific Qualifications:
At least 7+ years IT Software Selenium QA/Testing experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in API test automation.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BFSI domain, experience in Personal finance / Lending would be an added advantage
Hands on experience with Java
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
