Key Responsibilities:
Retail Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard recent Retailers to join our retail network. Develop strategies to expand our retail presence and increase market penetration
Retailers Training: Design and implement training programs for Retailers to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities. Monitor progress and provide ongoing support and coaching
Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge acquisition strategies to attract recent Retailers and customers. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align acquisition efforts with overall business goals
Qualifications-Any, Diploma holders and above preferred ,otherwise relevant experience is expected
Experience & Background Suitable candidates working in FMCG, DTH Retail and Mobility (Telecom Sims based)-Retail based experience
