Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related discipline.

Role Purpose

Lead Balance of Plant project execution, ensuring timely delivery of utilities and supporting infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead BOP engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Manage water, cooling, compressed air, gas, utility and auxiliary systems.
Coordinate multiple EPC contractors and vendors.
Manage project scope, cost, schedule and quality.
Coordinate engineering and procurement.
Monitor construction and resolve bottlenecks.
Manage interfaces with core process plants.
Lead project risk and change management.
Coordinate commissioning and integrated trial operation.




Report project performance to senior management.

The ideal candidates should have:
15 - 25 years of total skilled experience.
Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
Strong EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
