Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics or Automation Engineering.

Role Purpose

Lead electrical, instrumentation, automation and control engineering for ISP projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical engineering and instrumentation design.
Review electrical load lists, SLDs and power distribution systems.
Review transformers, substations, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs and UPS systems.
Review instrumentation index and control philosophies.
Coordinate DCS, PLC, SCADA, ESD and automation systems.
Review cable schedules, routing, earthing and lightning protection.
Review vendor technical documentation.
Coordinate FAT, SAT and commissioning.
Manage interfaces with process, mechanical and civil disciplines.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety and statutory standards.

The ideal candidates should have:
15 - 25 years of total professional experience.
Strong experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering, EPC or large industrial projects.
Experience in greenfield/brownfield projects will be preferred.
Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary teams.
Robust EPC contractor and technology supplier management experience.
Experience in commissioning and plant ramp-up is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of industrial HSE requirements.
Willingness to work from Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and travel to project sites as required.
Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within schedule, budget and quality requirements.
