We are looking for a confident and people-friendly Talent Acquisition qualified with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, be comfortable interacting with candidates and stakeholders, and have valuable working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate interactions and evaluate candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Maintain and regularly update candidate and recruitment databases.
Track recruitment status, interview schedules, offers, and joining updates.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports using Excel and spreadsheets.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
