Job Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize multiple tasks.
Robust analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with HR software and systems, such as HRIS and performance management tools.
