We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in loyalty programs and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute comprehensive plans to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch current products and services.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing loyalty programs and make recommendations for improvement.




Identify and pursue recent business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
