Role & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and deliveries.
Create, process and track Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO).
Maintain vendor, PO, SO and inventory data in the ERP system.
Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation and order fulfilment.
Coordinate transportation and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Follow up with vendors, warehouse and internal teams for pending orders.
Generate MIS reports and ensure ERP data accuracy.
Support logistics and supply chain activities to improve operational efficiency.
