Key Responsibilities
Define overall hybrid testing strategy and quality assurance framework ensuring optimal balance between manual and automation testing.
Drive adoption of automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Establish automation governance, framework standards, and quality engineering best practices across projects.
Lead automation initiatives using Selenium or Playwright to improve testing effectiveness and delivery quality.
Lead multiple QA teams ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
Identify quality risks, automation gaps, and process improvement opportunities while defining mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality KPIs, reporting dashboards, and release readiness criteria.
Drives improvements in quality metrics such as defect leakage, cycle time, and release readiness.
Identify prospects for process optimization, automation expansion, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic direction to QA teams.
