Role: Gold Loan Officer
Responsibilities:
Handle gold loan customers and explain loan products, terms, and eligibility.
Evaluate gold ornaments as per company guidelines and complete loan processing.
Verify customer KYC and documentation accurately.
Manage disbursement, repayments, renewals, and customer queries.
Achieve assigned sales and collection targets while maintaining compliance.
Build positive customer relationships and support branch operations.
Requirements: Positive communication skills, basic financial knowledge, customer-handling ability, and willingness to work with sales targets. Gold loan/banking experience is preferred.
