EHS Manager Setting, Health & Safety

Job Summary

Steadfast Limited is looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead Setting, Health & Safety operations at our manufacturing facility. The role will focus on statutory compliance, risk management, safety culture, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, and continuous EHS improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Lead EHS strategy, policies, procedures, and safety culture.
Ensure compliance with applicable Factories Act, environmental and statutory requirements.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, and CAPA.
Implement and monitor PTW, LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space, and Work-at-Height procedures.
Manage fire safety, emergency preparedness, mock drills, and training.
Ensure environmental compliance, waste management, emissions, and sustainability initiatives.
Coordinate statutory, customer, internal, and certification audits.
Conduct EHS training, safety inductions,



and contractor safety programs.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain EHS documentation and records.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field.
Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety is mandatory.
6–8 years of relevant EHS experience in Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries.
NEBOSH/IOSH/Fire & Safety certification preferred.
Knowledge of GMP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 preferred.
