Role & responsibilities :
Oversee all legal matters related to land acquisition, due diligence, and title verification.
Ensure compliance with UP RERA, local municipal laws, and real estate regulations.
Draft and review agreements including sale deeds, lease agreements, JV agreements, MOU, and contracts.
Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, regulatory matters, and negotiations.
Liaise with government authorities, law firms, and external stakeholders.
Provide legal support for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and legal policies for the organization.

Preferred candidate profile :
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
Experience: 8 to 10+ years working in real estate law firms or property development companies (Developer end).
Core Skills: Robust knowledge of real estate laws, UP RERA, contract laws, and regulatory compliance. Manage all legal operations, ensures compliance with property laws, conducts title due diligence, and handles property-related disputes. Ability to manage multiple legal issues in a rapid-paced workplace.
