Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of Audio Visual (AV) & IT Integration projects from planning to handover.
Prepare project schedules, Gantt charts, and monitor progress using Zoho Projects/MS Project.
Coordinate with design, CAD, procurement, site teams, vendors, and clients for seamless project execution.
Review BOQs, SLDs, shop drawings, and technical specifications to ensure project accuracy and compliance.
Oversee procurement, site installation, testing & commissioning, quality checks, and project documentation.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery.
Coordinate manpower, material planning, subcontractors, and allied teams while maintaining project quality and safety standards.
Ensure successful project closure through client sign-off, warranty documentation, DLP handover, and complete project documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile




Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related engineering discipline.
3 to 4 years of experience in managing Audio Visual (AV) and IT Integration projects.
Robust knowledge of AV systems, AV-over-IP, networking, BOQs, SLDs, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Projects/MS Project, AutoCAD/Visio, and MS Office.
Experience in project planning, scheduling, testing & commissioning, procurement, vendor management, and client coordination.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
Knowledge of Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, AMX, Dante, or similar AV platforms is an added advantage.
Certifications such as CTS, PMP, or CCNA are preferred.
Willing to travel across India for project execution and site management.
