Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable understanding of IT and Non-IT profiles and their respective hiring requirements.
Willingness to work from the office 6 days a week is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple requirements, coordinate with candidates, and work in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
