Mainframe candidates with production support experience along with ITSM tool.
Technically Robust in DB2, Cobol, JCL, SORT
Should be able handle any MF Job abends independently
Ready to learn the application quickly
Flexibility to support on weekends or holidays
Flexibility to work in different shifts as needed
Need to coordinate with onshore team and clients
Ability to play lead role from offshore
Experience in grooming and mentoring team members
Valuable communication skills.
