Strong knowledge of civil construction and high-rise residential projects.
Good understanding of RCC, finishing, waterproofing and external development works.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent contractor and manpower management skills.
Positive knowledge of quantity measurement and contractor billing.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD and MS Office.
Knowledge of project planning software such as MS Project / Primavera will be an advantage.
