We are looking for a Planning cum Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in project planning, QS, estimation, costing, billing, and progress monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 & MS Project (MSP).
Develop baseline schedules, work programs and look-ahead plans.
Track project progress, delays, critical activities and prepare MIS reports.
Handle quantity take-off, BOQ, rate analysis, estimation and costing.
Verify measurements and contractor/subcontractor/client bills.
Monitor project quantities, costs, variations and budget.
Prepare and verify DPR and progress reports.
Coordinate with site, project, procurement and subcontractor teams.
Support tendering, claims, variations and EOT documentation.
