Role & responsibilities
Acquire current NRI customers through leads, referrals, and self-sourcing.
Manage and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers.
Drive CASA, Fixed Deposits, and NRI deposit mobilization.
Cross-sell wealth, mutual funds, insurance, forex, remittances, loans, and other banking products.
Handle NRI account opening, KYC, FEMA-related queries, and service requirements.
Achieve monthly targets for liabilities, investments, fee income, and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, KYC, AML, and bank policies.
