Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and common applications.
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, DNS/DHCP and basic connectivity issues.
Configure email, Microsoft Office and other business applications.
Support user account, password and basic access-related issues.
Install and configure printers, scanners and other peripherals.
Log, track and update incidents/requests using an IT ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate L2/L3 teams.
Maintain IT asset and support documentation.
Provide in office or remote assistance to users.
Follow company IT security and support procedure
