- Key Responsibilities
- • Handle incoming enquiries and generate current leads.
• Contact and qualify potential members through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer fitness goals and recommend suitable membership plans.
• Conduct follow-ups and schedule gym visits/trials.
• Explain membership plans, offers, and personal training services.
• Convert qualified leads into memberships and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain lead details, follow-up status, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the front desk and fitness team for smooth onboarding.

• Basic knowledge of sales and lead management.
• Comfortable with calling and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.
