Responsibilities
Maintains application systems that are beyond the development stage and running in the daily operations of the firm.
May have overall ownership of a product or app, gathering requirements, managing and prioritizing changes.
Specializes in configuring and supporting applications (e.g. SaaS).
Manages a team of Specialists, more senior level Support staff, larger group of off-shore/contract resources or some combination of these groups.
May have supervisors reporting to them.
Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
Handling problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
Ensuring compliance policies, and procedures are understood and followed.

Qualifications




University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: System architecture and integration
Communication and stakeholder management skills
Root cause analysis
Product development management
App development/programming
Product technical, configuration, and administration knowledge
Agile development
Project management
