We are seeking an experienced SDET with a robust background in automation testing and quality engineering practices. The ideal candidate will help lead quality initiatives and ensure effective testing across healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Expertise
Robust hands-on experience in test automation using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium.
Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
Experience with API, UI, and end-to-end test automation.
Exposure to performance testing is a plus.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-powered testing tools is preferred.
Stay current with emerging testing tools, technologies, and quality engineering best practices.

Quality & Collaboration
Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
Define and document testing strategies aligned with business and engineering objectives.
Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
Identify quality risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Communication
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
