B. Com. with an CMA / ICWA / Inter ICWA is highly preferred with 3 to 5 years of robust costing background inside a continuous process or batch or any manufacturing setup.
Robust understanding of process costing, batch costing, and joint/by-product costing mechanics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex numbers to corporate leadership clearly.
Sharp analytical mindset with high attention to structural data integrity.
