Hiring: Team Lead Cell PPD | Photovoltaic (PV) Manufacturing

Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Industry: Solar / Photovoltaic Manufacturing
Function: Cell Process / Process Development

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Cell Process & Product Development (PPD) activities for PV cell manufacturing.
Drive process development, optimization and improvement for solar cell manufacturing.
Work on SPC, FMEA, DOE, RCA, 8D, DMAIC and process improvement methodologies.
Analyze process data and identify opportunities to improve cell efficiency, yield, quality and reliability.
Support current process/product introduction, trials and scale-up.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D; and Engineering teams to resolve process issues.




Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for process deviations.
Prepare and review process documentation, reports and technical analysis.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Solar PV Cell Manufacturing / Cell Process Development / PPD.
Hands-on experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE, RCA, 8D, DMAIC.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in PV cell process / manufacturing environment is preferred.

Education: B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech in relevant engineering discipline.
