Role & responsibilities

The incumbent would be responsible for the following:-
Equipment uptime
Ensure maximum machine availability through continuous monitoring and quick corrective actions
Focus on reducing downtime and improving overall equipment efficiency
Achieve quality standards
Perform quick troubleshooting during breakdowns and restore operations efficiently
Execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid failures and extend equipment life
TPM Initiatives
Zero Breakdown through TPM
Implement TPM practices including autonomous and planned maintenance activities
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement to eliminate recurring issues
Water Treatment Operations

Operate and maintain ETP, RO, and STP systems effectively
Ensure water quality standards and compliance with environmental regulations
Spares management





Manage spare parts inventory with proper planning and timely procurement
Control maintenance costs while ensuring availability for uninterrupted operations
Ensure uptime and efficiency of Utility equipment
Ensure maximum uptime and productive operation of all utility equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Facilitating Energy & Cost saving Projects
Identify, implement, and facilitate energy conservation and cost reduction projects to improve operational efficiency.
Erection, Installation & Commissioning of current equipments
Plan, coordinate, and execute the erection, installation, testing, and commissioning of current equipment.
