As a Sr. OT Support Engineer & Digital Transformation, you take ownership where standard processes end: solving complex issues, driving automation, and leading global rollouts in a highly dynamic production setting.
Your Responsibilities:
Global OT Support
o Act as escalation point for issues beyond SOPs
Global Rollouts
o Support and Lead OT System Rollouts and Deployments worldwide
Automation & Continuous Improvement
Automate repetitive SOP-driven tasks
Build scripts, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and stability
Robust hands-on experience in OT / Manufacturing IT / Industrial Systems
Proven experience in Shopfloor Environments
Expertise in MES, SCADA, PLCs, and System Integrations
Experience with Global Rollouts / Deployments
Skills in Automation / Scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, APIs)
• Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset
