Responsibilities
Configure and maintain ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, and UI policies.
Build automation using Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
Support testing, deployments, enhancements, and production issues.
Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform, integration, and data issues.
Collaborate with business and technical teams on ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and workflows.
Experience with Flow Designer and Service Catalog.
Familiarity with Update Sets and deployment processes.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations.
Understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
