Role & responsibilities
Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to patients at their homes.
Monitor vital signs, patient condition, and overall health status.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
Assist with wound dressing, catheter care, feeding tube care, and other clinical procedures.
Provide specialized care for patients requiring ICU, post-operative, tracheostomy, or chronic disease management.
Maintain accurate patient records and document all nursing interventions.
Educate patients and family members regarding medication, hygiene, diet, and ongoing care.
Preferred candidate profile
GNM/B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Valid nursing registration.
Relevant hospital/homecare experience preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a patient's home and in rotational shifts.
