Required Candidate profile

8–15 years in EPC/Infrastructure/Construction HR. Expertise in HR Operations, Industrial Relations, PF, ESIC, CLRA, BOCW, Payroll, Contractor Compliance, Labour Audits, Site HR & HRMS.
