Ensure timely compliance under Factories Act, Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, ContractLabour. Coordinate with HR, other teams for statutory compliance. Track changes in laws regulations & communicate their impact to management

Required Candidate profile

Solid knowledge of industrial, labour, statutory compliance.
Experience in a steel/manufacturing/engineering industry preferred.
Positive understanding of factory and labour department procedures.
