Job Responsibilities:
Market research including the consumer preferences, trends, prospects, challenges and competitor analysis.
Onboarding current dealers.
Developing an active retail network and maintaining a close relationship with the distributors and other stakeholder
Achieving secondary sales target.
Assisting for Recruiting and training the team members
Qualifications and Experience:
Qualification is not key. Can be 10th or 12th or graduation in any stream.
Minimum 3 years of core marketing/sales experience in the FMCG sector. Having experience in the Ice Cream industry is preferred and would be an added advantage
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel is a must.
