Manage end-to-end HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle for 750+ employees across 90+ branches PAN India.
Handle onboarding, documentation, BGV, employee transfers, confirmations, grievances, payroll inputs, and exit formalities.
Required Candidate profile
3–6 years of HR ops experience with solid communication, analytical skills, ownership, and ability to manage 30–50 joiners monthly.
Maintain employe records and HR data using HRMS and Advanced Excel.
