Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback.
Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer acceptance, and joining ratio.
Manage candidate documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to achieve hiring targets.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring reports.
Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and procedures.
