Role & responsibilities
Core Accounting & Finance
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
Review journal entries, ledgers and supporting documents for accuracy.
Handle accounts payable, receivables, vendor payments and customer collections.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and other financial reports.
Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review.
Analyse revenue, expenses and financial performance and highlight key variances.
Provide financial data and analysis to support business and management decisions.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
Manage day-to-day GST and TDS-related activities and ensure timely compliance.
Review tax workings, reconciliations and supporting documents.
Coordinate with external consultants for tax filings and statutory requirements.
Ensure proper maintenance of records and documentation for compliance.
Audit & Financial Controls




Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide required schedules and documents.
Support the preparation and finalisation of annual accounts.
Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls and finance processes.
Identify discrepancies or control gaps and ensure timely resolution.
Budgeting & Cash Flow
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
Monitor cash flows, payables and receivables.
Track actual performance against budgets and analyse significant deviations.
Support management with financial analysis and cost-related insights

Preferred candidate profile -
CA Final / CA preferred
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, core accounting, and statutory compliance.
Robust working knowledge of GST, TDS, tax workings, and statutory filing procedures.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
