Role & responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Corporate Salary Relationship Managers / Sales Officers.
Drive acquisition of recent corporate salary accounts through corporate tie-ups.
Build and maintain relationships with corporates and HR teams.
Achieve team targets for Salary Accounts, CASA, and cross-selling of banking products.
Generate business through existing corporate relationships and recent client acquisition.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily sales activities.
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and field visits.
Cross-sell products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Insurance, Investments, and other banking products.
Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and compliance as per bank guidelines.
