Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure the overall care and supervision of female students residing in the hostel.
Maintain a clean, secure, and healthy setting for all residents.
Foster open communication with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and concerns.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas of improvement in hostel facilities and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as a warden or similar role in an educational institution.
Robust knowledge of hostel management, warden activities, caretaking, supervision, and related fields.
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
