Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers and provide effective customer support.

Maintain call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction as per company standards.
Document customer interactions and update details accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
Follow company policies, quality guidelines, and data security procedures.
Achieve assigned individual and team targets/KPIs while maintaining service quality.
