Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls/interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer-related discussions.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Meet daily and monthly candidate sourcing, submission, and hiring targets.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular status updates.
Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfill client hiring requirements within timelines.





Preferred candidate profile
Experience in IT staffing/recruitment.
Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA, etc.
Experience working with US staffing or international recruitment will be an advantage.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Onsite

Preferred Location: Candidates residing near Ellora Park, Alkapuri, Bhayli, and nearby areas are highly preferred.
