Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch sales, operations, and business performance.
Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the branch sales team.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition and business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
Track team performance and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle customer escalations and maintain high service standards.
Prepare and review branch performance reports and MIS.
